Do you want the skin of your dreams?

Hi, I'm Jodie Baker. I'm the owner and founder of Homepeel. I'm 50 years old. I do all my videos without any makeup on or filtres. And today I'm going to show you what my Sunday night skin ritual is. Skincare is amazing, but it's really important to also couple that with home salon treatments. Homepeel specialises in that we specialise in grade natural skincare. So there's no nasties in it, but it's still cosmeceutical grade. But we also specialise in home salon treatments. And today I'm going to show you what I do on Sundays. So Sunday night is my skin ritual treatment night. And this is the way I alternate it.

I start off with a fortnightly fruit peel. So fortnightly fruit peel is like a microdermabrasion at home. It's a very light peel. It takes a layer of the stratum corneum away and it leaves your skin fresh, glowy, gorgeous, soft, like a blank canvas for makeup. And there's no downtime. It's like a microdermabrasion for home. So basically, this is what I do on a Sunday night. And then the Sunday after, I'll get my longevity elixir, which is full of magical anti-aging oils. And I rub that into my skin. I've put a little bit on before because I just did a video using it. I use it with a gua sha. So the gua sha is like this ancient technology, which is incredible.

So basically what you do is I'm not going to go into the full tutorial today. We do have one on the website in the longevity elixir page if you want to learn more. But basically what it does is it creates a couple of things. It creates new collagen because you're breaking down the tissues and it's going to repair it. And it's in this amazing shape where it can go from here to here to here to under the eyes, like I'm showing you very quickly right now. But as I said, I'm trying to make this a really quick video. So go to our web page of the longevity elixir to see the full details. So I'll use the longevity elixir massage with the gua sha.

And then the Sunday following, I'll do the fortnight fruit peel again. And then the Sunday after that, I'll come back to my longevity elixir. But this time I'll be coupling it with a derma roller. So derma rollers are incredible. So you'll put some of this on first, and then you will roll over the skin and it creates little microwounds in the skin. So this does two things. The micro wounds will create new collagen elastins because the skin wants to repair itself. It's so regenerative. And then the other thing it does is it creates little micro channels to allow this gorgeous elixir to go into the dermis, where it can do some amazing work. So that is my Sunday night routine. That's it from me. If you have any further questions, please contact us at skincarecoach@homepeel.com.au. Have a great day. Bye.
