12 Pin Microneedle Refill - Pack of 4

"I have microneedled once and have seen some results. One pigmentation spot is lighter and a couple of wrinkles seemed less pronounced. I am glad you offer these refill packs as I will need to buy lots to do the micro needling fortnightly for my pigmentation 😊"

Q&A

Hi Jodie Can I ask what is the difference between the 12 and 36 needle cartridge when microneedling ? You have supplied me with 12 needle packs previously but just wanted to know if the 36 would get best results. Also do any of your customers use numbing cream as I find it painful to do. Thankyou -
Great questions. 12 vs 36 needle cartridges — what’s the difference? 12-pin cartridges penetrate a little more “directly” and tend to create a stronger stimulation per pass. They’re great for targeted work and often suit people who want more noticeable collagen stimulation (but they can feel sharper). 36-pin cartridges spread the contact over more needles, so they usually feel a bit more comfortable and cover an area faster. They’re great for overall texture and glow, and many people find them easier to tolerate. Do you get “better results” with 36? Not necessarily better — just different. If you’re finding it painful, the 36-pin can be a good option because it often feels gentler and you’re more likely to stay consistent (and consistency is what gives results). Numbing cream Yes, some customers do use numbing cream. Just make sure you: apply it to clean skin remove it completely before needling and keep everything very hygienic (infection risk is the main concern)
What material are the needles made out of? Thanks
Thank you for the question - stainless steel
