Face Peel FAQ

Face Peel FAQ

We outline in our conditions that the Green Herb Skin Peel is not suitable for darker toned skin. This is because darker skin types can offer suffer from hyperpigmentation. But not all are.

Do you suffer from hyperpigmentation?

Basically hyperpigmentation is when your skin throws melanin (darkness) to the surface of the skin when it feels it is at threat. Resulting in dark pigmentation (not permanent but can take a few months to go away). You would know if you suffer from hyperpigmentation most likely.

If you want to try the peel and are unsure about hyperpigmentation. Then I suggest using a melanin inhibitor cream for 2 weeks before doing the peel. A melanin inhibitor cream stops the skin from making melanin so you won't get pigmentation. Below is a good one I suggest.

http://www.plunketts.com.au/superfade.html

Our Green Herb Peel works it's best magic on pigmentation, sun spots, oily skin, PORES and giving overall even tones.

The Green Herb Skin Peel removes the stratum corneum (upper layer of dead skin cells).

You will have a heavy flakey period for about 5 days, after which you get a youthful glow. With repeated treatments (maybe 5 or 6 peels) (there are at least 10 peels in each kit) it can decrease and in some cases irradiate pigmentation.

Unfortunately we are unable to give samples for this product as it has 6 components in the kit. I have attached the instructions for you to look over to get a better understanding of what's involved.

But the good news is – Homepeel offers a 100% Money Back guarantee

My skin gets comments everyday and all I do is

  • Green Herb Skin Peel 3-4 times per year

  • Fortnightly Fruit Peel once a month

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Eat plenty of good fats (fish & avocado)

  • Green Smoothie every morning with lots of greens and fresh turmeric

  • Use hyaluronic acid with ovine placenta as my daily moisturizer

  • Use the Flakey Skin remover 2-3 times per week

  • Use Ella Bache fake tan for the face (GORGEOUS color!)

Because it removes the STRATUM CORNEUM .

The SC is the upper layer of dead skin cells that sit on the top surface of your skin like a mask.

Removing this gives the skin a youthful glow and accelerates the skins natural exfoliation that creates new collagen and new skin pigments to form.

I think it's really important for skin care companies to mange customers expectation's as there is nothing worse than getting your hopes up and being disappointed.

That's why I want to tell you that peels are not capable of healing deep acne ‘pitting' scars. The only type of skin peel that can do this are the salon chemical peels that have 2 weeks down time and cost a few thousand dollars. These are not recommended for anyone under 45 as they can age you.

A great way to deal with that particular problem fast is by getting dermal filler used to plump them out.

I know that there are some other salon technologies that claim to work but I know of only two that I have seen work. Fraxel and Dermal Grafting. I'm not saying these are the only ones, I'm just saying I am unable to recommend any others as I can't recommend anything that I have not seen work personally.

I really want to stress that if a home product or peel claims to heal pit type scarring, then I am afraid this is not true. Be aware

Our peel will deal with pigmentation, collagen production and giving you a gorgeous youthful glow.

Our Green Herb Skin Peel can be used on any part of the body no problem at all.

The problem is that it is much harder to peel the skin on areas outside of the face.

I cannot guarantee that it will peel. You would have to push the peel very hard in order to achieve a peel.

The other thing you need to do is keep the area quite dry for 5 days after the peel.

If you choose to give it a try, let me know and I will send you tips on how to get the facial peel to be twice a strong.

The Green Herb Skin Peel Kit for Facial peels includes all the below ingredients

You should expect to get approx 10 peels from each kit

  • Green Herb Lotion – 50ml

  • Green Herbs – 50ml

  • Gloves

This is very general question that has been asked by our customers. Truly and frankly speaking, it depends a lot on what you are looking for:

Hompeel's Green Herb Skin Peel is the peel that will give maximum results, but it is a 5 day process. Meaning it has 5 days down time. It also hurts a little to do it. We have sold many thousands of this product all over the world since 2005 so its very popular. In that time I find that people who have not done a skin peel in a salon before find it the hardest the first time as they have no experience with skin peels. But once they do the first one and get the results they feel more comfortable with it and love it due to its results.

If you do not think are cut our for the Green Herb Skin Peel (this is a professional skin peel treatment that was designed in such a way you can do it from home) Then the Fortnightly Fruit Peel is for you. It gives you an in stint bright glow and is to be done every fortnight.

It is a 5 day process. Meaning it has 5 days down time.

Do you suffer from Hyper-pigmentation? If you are unsure, then the chances are nobecause if you did you would know about it. Read about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperpigmentation

If you are unsure still - then you would be wise to invest in our Pigmentation Night Cream as well and use it for at least two weeks before you do any peel or laser treatment.

THE REASON is that sometimes skin throws melanin/pigmentation the the surface of the skin when it feels under threat (laser, intense sun exposure, skin peels). This is done because the skin is trying to protect itself. To a lesser degree this is what getting a tan is!

Our Pigmentation Night cream is a melanin inhibitor. Meaning it stops melanin fro going to the surface so its will stop any new pigmentation for as long as you use it! Its an amazing product really. To be honest I feel everyone who wants clear, even skin should use it the while life as it 1./ Stops any new pigmentation from forming 2./ Works to lighten existing pigmentation (uneven skin tones) Read about it here is its my favorite product (aside from the Green Herb Skin Peel of course).

Use the Flakey Skin Remover 2-3 times per week.

You can use a booster each night. Please alternate the Retinol and HQ boosters each night - you are right. You can use them together if you wanted but I think its better to alternate as they are both quite strong.

Thats a very interesting question regarding the Retinol and Fortnightly Fruit Peel. It depends on how often you are planning to do the Fortnightly Fruit Peel. If it is every 2 weeks as indicated - then just make sure you do it very 'light on' to start with to make sure it just brightens and does not have ‘after peel’. You can monitor this by the tingle factor with the Fortnightly Fruit Peel. It should only be a very light tingle. If it goes beyond this you may find your skin may peel a little afterwards. Start this way and adjust to suit your own skin.

Here I am confused as the herbs and lotion is part of the Green Herb Skin Peel kit, which is to be done 3-4 times per year only. The Fortnightly Peel does not have herbs. They are different products Green Herb Skin Peel and Fortnightly Fruit Peel.

Boosters go onto the skin first - on clean dry skin. Then the Pigmentation Night Creams second. Start off by using the Pigmentation Night Creams only every second night for a few weeks. If your skin does not get too dried out - begin using daily. If it goes too dry, go back to using the Pigmentation Night Creams only every second day.

Yes - The Green Herb Skin Peel kit only 3-4 times per year. Use nothing for a week before and a week after. Then go back to normal. The Fortnightly Fruit peel every 2nd week with no problem. Just use nothing that night unless it is VitE.

You can use all 3 Boosters together with the Pigmentation Night Cream on the alternative days. If your skin gets too dry or does not seem to agree - email and let me know and we can choose another option.

What I can tell from this is that your skin had a Hyperpigmentation reaction to it. Please read about Hyperpigmentation here first before you read on: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperpigmentation

You may not suffer from Hyperpigmentation generally - it may have just been a very extreme laser situation. But we should treat lightly just in case.

Anyone who suffers from Hyperpigmentation should use my Pigmentation Night Cream daily and do this for at least 2 weeks before doing anything more intense like a peel. Then ongoing forever. Our Pigmentation Night Cream is a melanin inhibitor. This means it will stop any new melanin (pigmentation/brown marks) from forming.

ighten the skin

Absolutely no risk at all. We have been selling this product since 2007 with all good results. The active ingredients we chose for this peel cannot penetrate any further than the epidermis - so damage can be done. You can go as hard as you like!

Wed night is the perfect time to do the peel. Thursday is only a little red (in most cases). It's means you steam Sunday night and have new skin for Monday.

Please be aware that not everyone peels the first time as you need to push it hard to get it to peel and everyone goes that hard the first time. The reality is that you need to have it hurt an 8 out of 10 for at least 5mins otherwise it wont peel.

Continuous rubbing and adding of more lotion can help you get there.

Enjoy your new skin!

As for scheduling work I find the below is the best strategy. You really need to leave 3-4 weeks in between a ‘good’ peel.

  • Do the peel Wed night
  • Thur is read like bad sunburn
  • Fri is the same but begins to get worse as the day goes on
  • Sat & Sun are peel days
  • Sun night do the steam and begin Monday with brand new skin!

Freckles are very challenging to remove by using home peels no matter how strong they are. Removing and lightening freckles is a long term plan. You will get a slight reduction with each peel of course but don't expect to fix this quickly.

What you will find is that when your skin has the gorgeous glow that comes with doing our peel - your freckles become very youthful and beautiful like many top models.

Regarding scaring, it depends on what type of scarring you have. If you have scars that are deep ‘pit’ scars (like little holes). Then these are very hard to treat with home treatments. You really need to see a professional to treat this.

If you are speaking of discoloration type scars (superficial), then the Green Herb Skin Peel is your product! You will see an improvement after each peel - as well as a gorgeous youthful glow (and reduction of pore size and oil reduction).

As you have already been suggested - this pack ( https://www.homepeel.com.au/discount-packs.php#scar_healing_pack) would be suitable for you as it includes all the products that help to heal scars. Just in case you did not realise - this pack has a 3mth payment plan ( https://www.homepeel.com.au/discount-packs-details.php#scar_healing_pack )

Please see below tips on how to increase the strength of the peel. What you have experienced is very normal. You often have to push the peel harder to peel in on the forehead.

Take a long hot bath and exfoliate your skin very thorough with a scrub and face washer.

Then perform the peel straight after – before you even leave the bathroom. Make sure everything is all set-up before you get in. The more salt for sweat you have in your skin, the stronger the peel will become.

The skin should still be warm and subtle. The salts in your skin will increase the intensity of the peel.

I will warn you, if you have prepared the skin appropriately, it will sting like buggery the moment it hits the skin. Try to work it in as long and hard as you can. Use a fan if you want.

The reality is that you need to get the peel to hurt at a pain factor of at least 8 out of 10 for at least 5 mins to get a good peel (keeping the pain at that level by continuing to rub throughout that 5 mins - adding more lotion as required).

Don’t worry, it is perfectly safe. It may feel (in fact it will feel) like you are pushing 2 hard and may do damage– but in reality – you could not go anywhere near the pain threshold you would need to in order to even get close to damaging your skin. This product is unable to reach the dermis, so any work is superficial (meaning it will peel off)

Keep adding lotion to the herbs as you work them in. The longer you work them in, the more painful it will become. Be brave!!

You can try again straight away

Keep skin dry as possible over the 5 day peeling process. For BEST results. Don’t wash or wet your face over the entire period. Try not to sweat or perspire

I assume you are talking about the German ‘GreenPeel’ as this is the salon product that closely resembles our product. In fact, our product was based on this - we set out to create a ‘home version’.

We chose not to use the ingredient that created that burn/prickly feeling. This ingredient is a marine based fibre and it sits in the skin not unlike fibreglass. The idea is that it sits in your skin as a foreign entity and the skin works to get rid of it - while at the same time having a positive effect in relation to rejuvenation.

After our research, we decided to leave it out. Mainly because we felt that the amount of pain it caused was not worth the benefit. We felt the same results were produced without it.

It is 1st generation.

It sounds like your forehead is actually going to have a slight peel after all. That's why it is shiny and dry. It needs to crack and peel off. The forehead can take a bit longer to crack because it does not get as much movement as the rest of the face. The parts that move when you talk.

The best thing to do to move this along is to help dry it out. Putting calamine lotion on it overnight can help do this. Try to reduce moisturizing it and getting it wet. It will crack and peel off on its own.

You can do another peel in a week after all the is has finished if you like. You can choose to just do sections of the face instead of the entire face if you want.

In regards to this question; I leave this decision in the hands for the person to make.

The ingredient in question is called salicylic acid. Many people choose to use the peel while pregnant (myself included) But some do not.

Please research the ingredient salicylic acid and decide for yourself.

Sun and Age spots is exactly what our Green Herb Skin Peel works its magic on.

I feel the need to make sure you understand the extent of this peel. You use soft natural products only so I can see your skin care regime has never been very ‘aggressive’. Doing a skin peel like ours is an aggressive treatment.

Don't get concerned tho.- We’ve been selling this product all over the world for 10 years with a ‘cult’ following. Its just that most of our users have at least done a skin peel in a salon. They migrate to our product because they want to do it and the comfort of their own home as well as at a fraction of the cost.

You would not need to purchase anything else and this product is suited to you.

The derma roller is an amazing tool to create collage which of course is what you want to do combat at those “ANNOYING’ wrinkles. Its tough around the eyes due to that area having no pores. Also fumes from peels rules out the ‘go to’ skin peel.

Have you considered out Regenerative Cell Growth Serum kit (which includes the roller). The active ingredient is placenta which of course is NOT for everyone. But it is a very popular treatment all around the world at the moment. Just so you know, the placenta we use is sourced here from Australia and is a bi product of lamb birth - usually gets thrown away.

Otherwise I would suggest maybe speaking to your GP about getting some Retrieve. This creates collagen but needs great care in use. Make sure you research it and ask the GP lots of questions if you decide to go down this path.

I want to use your green herb skin peel but I am breastfeeding mom so I was wondering if I could use it or not.

The ingredient in question is salicylic acid. I can tell you that I personally used it when I was breastfeeding my twins. But it is a personal choice.

All sounds like it is going very well and you are going to have a great peel.

Yes it is itchy and uncomfortable. You want the skin to dry up and crack so it peels off. Moisturising can slow this process but feel free to do it if you feel you need to. Only use a gentle moisturiser with no active ingredients.

Definitely use a light moisturiser on new skin once you see it appear.

What it seems has happened is that the skin has not been able to dry out enough to crack and peel (in all areas) off. As you have mentioned it has in some areas (around the mouth is easy as this area is always moving). Sometimes areas on the face that does not get much movement can be harder to get it to crack and peel. But don't worry - it will come off.

You just need to give the skin a boost of dryness. Make sure you do nothing that gets it wet or moisturised for the next 24hrs and use calamine lotion on it as much as you can. Leave it on overnight. The next day do the steam (gently - being careful on new exposed skin) You will get the bulk of it off here and you will begin in to look normal again. The rest will come off naturally. DO NOT force too much though - you may hurt the new skin. I know its a pain to look like this and you are most likely in a hurry to get rid of it. But its much better to be patient. You will be back to normal with new gorgeous skin before you know it!

That Youtube clip is so funny as it is really old and I'm in desperate need to do a new one. But I don’t want to take it down as people (like you) find it.

The kit originally had those other components in it and was sold at a high price. Over the years we found that some items like the Marine Nourishing cream were better not used

So we took out a few of the items from the kit and reduced the price of the kit and found that much more pleasing to our customers.

Our Green Herb Skin Peel was originally developed to offer an ‘at home’ option at an ‘affordable’ price for the Dr Schrammek product.

You will have the same experience and result. We have one slight variation. We chose to not include an ingredient that made it very painful to do. We felt the inclusion of the ingredient did little to increase the results but made the peel very hard to perform due to how much it hurt.

This product would be very suitable to treat pigmentation and acne as this is what it works its best magic on.

The only thing you need to keep in mind is that it cant be used on skin that suffers from hyper pigmentation. The reason I bring it up to you is that hyper pigmentation is more common in Asian skin than in Caucasian skin.

Green Herb Skin Peel

Yes you are correct in choosing the Green Herb Skin peel

This peel does many things but in particular for your needs: by keeping the upper dead layer of skin cells clear (stratum corneum) you enable the skin to not get congested - which is what causes black and white heads.

It does work on freckles but this is a longer process. You will see better results after each treatment. Plus a beautiful, bright, youthful glow which makes you actually love your freckles.

The percentage of the salicylic acid is 18%. The reason is below.

(Keep in mmd we do have ‘booster tips’ for those who try the peel and want it even stronger. This is one of the beauties of this Green Herb Skin Peel kit. Once you learn how to use it; you can adjust to it to suit all your needs. As if you were paying for an expensive salon treatment)

Below is information from the report written by the ‘Australian Society of Cosmetic Chemists’ called the ‘Use and safety of hydroxyl acids in cosmetics’:

‘We suggested that cosmetic limits for a composite of Glycolic Acid (and derivatives), in “skin renewal products”, should be no more than 20%w/w and with a pH greater than 3.5.’

(Homepeel is 18% with a pH of 3.)

In terms of how often to do a peel, we say 3-4 per year only.

But when you first begin treatment, you can do 2-3 peels on month apart.

After that make sure to stick to only 3-4 per year as it is not good for your skin to over use peels,

Regarding the eye area, you have to be very careful as you DO NOT want to get it into the eye. Also be aware of the fumes - so you cant get very close due to these reasons.

Please do not use the dermal roller for at least one month after the peel is completed.

Your skin is far from mature - I think I need to re write that as we mean skin that is thin from age - 70+ (I’m 42 as well)

The peel does help with collagen production in that you accelerate the skins natural exfoliation process. It normally takes 28 days for a skin cell to be born, travel to the top of the skin, die, flatten out, become a part of the stratum corneum (upper dead layer of skin cells) then fall off. When you remove the stratum corneum in one go, the skin works quickly to replace it causing new skin and collagens to be produced.

We have a number of options to treat pigmentation - it just depends on what level you want to go to. Please see below your options

Medium option - Do regular Green Herb Skin Peels - These are done 3-4 times per year. You can read about the here: https://www.homepeel.com.au/green-herb-skin-peel.php $99.95It is best to use the above together if you can

Ultimate solution - Pigmentation Pack $175 (discount Pack) NB: If you are not keen to do the Green Herb Skin Peel, then choose theFortnightly Fruit Peel kit instead $140 plus shipping https://www.homepeel.com.au/discount-packs.php#pigmentation_pack

The Green Herb Skin Peel is amazing to treat all levels of acne. This is for lots of reasons but just to name one, it keeps the upper dead layer of skin cells off the surface of the skin. These cells are what causes the congestion with skins oils in the pores in the first place.

You can even use the peel straight on active pimples.

We have had great feed back from acne and pimple sufferers.

Use the peel 3 times one months apart when you first start treatment. But then take it down to only 3-4 timed per year.

Please read instructions here - https://www.homepeel.com.au/green-herb-skin-peel-instructions.php

You will see an improvement in your skin straight after your first peel and it will improve with each one. The thing is; when you remove that upper dead layer of dead skin cells called the ‘stratum corneum’ your skin straight way looks fresh and glows. This actually makes any freckles or spots not seem so much of a problem. But as I said these will also improve with each peel.

Stop using the retinol one week before each peel. And one week after. Are you using the Green Herb Skin Peel or the Fortnightly Fruit Peel? Because the Green Herb Skin peel is not to be used more than 3-4 times per year. (aside from the 3 you can do one month part at the start of your treatment)

Hormonal flare ups are very hard to combat as they seem to override everything! I also faced the same problem during the pregnancy

  • Keep your skin well exfoliated - but not so much so you irritate your skin - deep exfoliation twice a week. If you have our Flakey Skin Remover - GREAT use that.

  • Regular peels - either the Green Herb Skin Peel or the Fortnightly Fruit peel as essential. The GHSP is the ultimate - but if you are not up for a full 5 day peel - regular use of the FFP is a close second best.

  • Drink lots of water

  • A tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a small glass of water every morning - keep the digestion clean, balanced and alkaline.

Although it is tough to combat - it does disappear quickly and with no fuss when the time is right. So please don't attack them and make scars. It's best to try to ignore them (I am - which is hard as good skin is my thing!)

Oh, and I nearly forget the most important point - if you do want to ‘pop’ the pimples - please make sure you get our Spot Remover Kit to make sure you do it properly and don't leave any marks and create long term problems. Read about it here: https://www.homepeel.com.au/spot-remover-kit.php

It's safe to use the peel on any part of the body, but the trouble is that it's hard to get these other areas to actually peel. Please see below tips on how to increase the strength of the peel for the face. Please use them to try and get your legs to peel.

Take a long hot bath and exfoliate your skin very thorough with a scrub and face washer.

Then perform the peel straight after – before you even leave the bathroom. Make sure everything is all set-up before you get in. The more salt from your sweat you have in your skin, the stronger the peel will become.

Be brave!!

You can try again straight away.

Keep skin dry as possible over the 5 day peeling process. For BEST results. Don’t wash or wet your face over the entire period. Try not to sweat or perspire

To increase even further, add an equal amount of table salt to the herbs before you add the lotion. This will increase the strength of the peel as well.

Enjoy your new skin!

Of course I highly recommend our VitC - we spent alot of time making sure we chose one which is stable as VItC can be very unstable. While being able to bring it to our customers at an affordable price. We also wanted to make sure we chose the most potent without being too potent - if you know what I mean. We are thrilled with it.

You can absolutely use it as its a great combination. Just dont use it the month you do a peel.

The first thing I will tell you is that there is no way around the fact that if you want to do anything to your skin that involves peels of any sort; you cannot get sun exposure.

This also applies to any type of skin treatments that tackles pigmentation - basically anything that a makes your skin look good.

The good news is - you can still use peels but you need to use sunscreen - not just once, but 3 times per day. If you don't, you will make your skin worse.

For the ultimate in results I recommend the two below products - they are a sure winning combination.

https://www.homepeel.com.au/green-herb-skin-peel.php

As for stretch marks - these are very hard to tackle but we do see results with the below product - it does take time tho. And you have to be committed and use the roller regularly.

https://www.homepeel.com.au/sheep-placenta-extract-cream-serum.php

Yes indeed the Green Herb Skin Peel is the product that will tackle your concerns. It is by far the best product on the market to give you the ability to deal with uneven skin tone and sun spots without going to a beauty salon and spending way too much money.

A few things I need to explain to you - the Green Herb Skin Peel is not suitable for those who suffer from Hyper pigmentation. I mention this to you because you told me you are of Indian origin. Hyper-pigmentation is more common in darker skin - learn about it here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperpigmentation

The other thing - if you do a peel - YOU MUST NOT GET sun exposure - sun block very important.

Please read over the instructions to get a better understanding of our peel.

You can certainly use our Green Herb Skin Peel kit - just wait one week after you stop using the azelaic/kojic acid.

Most likely you will find that as soon as our peel hits your face it will be hot and sting. Don't worry as this is actually the result most of our customers strive for as its not always easy to achieve. Using products like what you are using often helps to get our peel to ‘kick in’.

Unexperienced peelers would probably not want to jump into the deep end like this but seeing what you use already I think you understand the nature of these type of treatments.

Take note: The more it hurts, the quicker the peel will actually be and the better the results. Don't worry about how brown it appears the next day (your skin) - the browner the better. We have been selling this peel for 10 years all over the world and have had nothing but great results.

The two peels are very different. The Fortnightly Fruit Peel is great, but what I have found is it is often chosen by people who do not want to do a full 5 day peel. The results for the Green Herb Skin Peel are instant (after the 5 days are over) and more aggressive. The Fortnightly Fruit peel takes longer to achieve what just one Green Herb Skin Peel does in one treatment. But as I said some do not want an aggressive 5 day peel. It is unsightly for most for about 3 days. You only do this treatment 3-4 times per per year.

Many use both. They do the FFP every 2 weeks and do a GHSP 3- 4 times per year. If you choose to do this, don’t do a FFP one month before a GHSP. Have you seen the Pigmentation Pack planner - it is very helpful.

Melasma is one of the hardest skin conditions to treat so I want to be straight with you on that point.

We work to treat to decrease what has occurred. This is a slow process but you have to start somewhere. Below I have listed my suggestions in order of whats best. Check out our Pigmentation Pack as this is your best option at a great value

Our Pigmentation Pack is our most popular pack. It has many great components.

Tackling pigmentation is a slow process - even with very expensive lasers. Our Pigmentation Pack not only starts the battle to reduce and irradiate your pigmentation, but it STOPS any new melanin from forming and this is your best defence in the pigmentation war (along with sunscreen).

We ship to Saudi Arabia all the time, just order off our website. Once the purchase is made, yuu will received your tracking number by email within 2 days.

The Green Herb Skin Peel is our number one seller. It is the product we have been selling all over the world for 10 years with hundreds of glowing testimonials - it has a cult following. You just have to made sure you are prepared to do a 5 day peel. I have attached the instructions so you can get a good idea of what to expect - Go to our page - https://www.homepeel.com.au/green-herb-skin-peel.php to see photos as well on what to expect

If you feel you are not up for the 5 day peel - then the next best option is the Fortnightly Fruit Peel - https://www.homepeel.com.au/fruit-skin-peel.php

Many customers actually use both as the Green Herb Skin Peel is only to be done 3-4 times per year. The Fortnightly Fruit Peel is done every two weeks.

The Regenerative Cell Growth Serum (the placenta serum mentioned below) is a great option for those who choose placenta treatments (which are very popular in Hollywood right now as you probably already know)

You would use it once a week with the roller.

SO….

  • 3-4 times per year a Green Herb Skin Peel

  • Then alternate each week the Fortnighty Fruit Peel with the Regenerative Cell Growth Serum treatment.

Yes, No problem. You can use it only on forehead

Yes you can go ahead and try straight away - you really needs a pain factor of at least 8 out of 10 to happen and keep it at 8 for a full 5mins in order to get a great peel. Keeping up the rubbing and adding small amounts of lotion as needed.

It is not uncommon to need a second attempt on your first try. It takes a try or two to get the hang of the best way to use the peel to suite the individual skin type. Please see below tips on how to push the peel harder. This is often required on skin that does not respond with heat as soon as the product hits the skin.

Take a long hot bath (or steam your face) and exfoliate your skin very thorough with a scrub and face washer.

Then perform the peel straight after – before you even leave the bathroom. Make sure everything is all set-up before you get in. The more salt from your sweat you have in your skin, the stronger the peel will become.

All our Boosters are to but used at night after cleansing. You can put them on all on top of each other no problem. Then your normal creams on top. Instructions come with each booster.

Yes you can wear make up if you need to. The reason we say not to is because the drier the skin is kept over that period, the quicker the skin will crack and peel off. But if you need to wear make up it just means it may take a day longer.

Please wash it off quickly at the end of the day with a bar of normal soap and pat dry quick. Apply nothing to the skin and let it stay dry. It will feel tight and dry and this is normal.

I have had a read thorough the products that you've been using and I don’t really see how any of that is going to give you any dramatic results.

My suggestion needs some consideration from you as the product I will suggest is not everyones ‘cup of tea’

Our Green Herb Skin Peel is the treatment that you will get the most benefit - over anything you will ever come across. Inclusive of the very expensive salon treatments.

But please read over it very carefully before you decide https://www.homepeel.com.au/green-herb-skin-peel.php .Treatment is an ongoing thing. You will see improvement with each peel and we suggest 3-4 peels per year at them most.

If you feel you are not prepared to do the full 5 day peel of the Green Herb Skin Peel. Then the Fortnightly Fruit Peel is for you. It works just as the Green Herb Skin Peel but does not have ‘downtime” (no 5 days of peeling) But the results will take a lot longer to see.

As far as what else to use as daily maintenance - you can continue with what you are using.

Two products come to mind:

First of all; regular Green Herb Skin Peels (3-4 per year). One kit has about 10 peels in it so it last about 2 years. Please read about the product here - https://www.homepeel.com.au/green-herb-skin-peel.php . it will explain how keeping the stratum corneum at bay on your skin, it will remain congestion free.

Secondly our Spot Remover Kit - https://www.homepeel.com.au/spot-remover-kit.php. This product enables you to remove pimples the correct way without causing scars (not designed fro whiteheads though)
