Changed your mind
If it is a matter that you have changed your mind, then we are happy to exchange the item for you. We just need you to pay postage costs and send the original item(s) back to us in perfect and unopened condition (make sure it is packed well when you send it otherwise we don’t receive it in perfect condition). FIRST email us on email@example.com and explain your situation. Please do this within 14 days of receiving the item.
If you have received an item that you believe to be in any way not perfect, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo and we will provide you with a credit. Please do this within 14 days of receiving the item.
